We understand that circumstances may require you to cancel a booking. To ensure fairness to our staff and other clients, we kindly request at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellation Fee
If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, a late cancellation fee of $100 will be charged. Additionally, "NO SHOWS" will incur the same fee.
