Dermal Fillers

Filler injections can revitalise skin, smoothing out wrinkles and lines, adding volume to the face, and preventing future sagging. Derma fillers are made from hyaluronic acid (HA), a sugar naturally found in the skin. HA gives our skin its plumpness and volume.

Lines become more apparent as we age, owing to a loss of fat pad volume, bone resorption, and repeated facial expressions. Dermal filler is used to fill in the lost volume and restore the facial contours.

The results of filler injections are immediate and last anywhere from 6 months to 2 years, depending on the type of filler used and the treatment area.
